At Treble Cube Productions, everyone’s safety is our top priority. As such, we have put in place these safe management measures in our studio and encourage all Musicians to comply with these measures. As long as we work together, we can combat anything! Please take some time to read through all the safe management measures that we have put in place in our studio here. Do feel free to contact us for more information.

Safe Entry Check-In

All Musicians and visitors must use the Safe Entry system to check-in before entering the studio. Please have your check-in pass ready at the entrance before going into the studio. If you do not have a mobile device, please ensure that you have your NRIC with you so that we can scan your details for you. Do remember to check-out once you leave the studio. We would also encourage all Musicians and visitors to download the app ‘Trace Together’ and to keep it turned on if you can.

Temperature Checks

Your temperature will be checked twice. Once before entering the studio and once just before you leave. If you have a temperature of 37.6 C or above, we will have to ask you to leave and see a doctor. Musicians or visitors who appear unwell or have flu-like symptoms will also not be allowed to enter the studio. Therefore, we seek your cooperation to please stay at home if you are feeling unwell and to see a doctor if you can. Similarly, anyone who is on MC will not be allowed to enter the studio. For this period only, do contact us personally so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Wipe-Down of Equipment

While we will continue to sanitise all common touchpoint areas more frequently, we will also encourage all Musicians to wipe-down the equipment you will use just before you begin your session. Paper towels and Dettol solution will provided for you to use when in the studio.

Social Distancing

Line markers have been put in place to ensure that all Musicians and visitors keep a safe distance apart from each other. Please queue up behind the yellow lines before entering the studio, or when queuing up to use the toilets or the lifts. Social distancing boxes have also been placed in the studio and all users must remain in those boxes throughout your session. Minimise your movement and use our Web Application system to control the settings in the room. Should you need to move around to control anything, please ensure you keep 1m apart from the members in your band.

For this period only, all room access will be left unlocked so that you can enter without having to use your access code. We hope that all Musicians and visitors will comply with these safe management measures. If we are unable to put these measures in place, we will have to ask you or your band to leave the premise immediately. All actions will be monitored frequently to ensure that these measures are being followed throughout your session.

Here are some things to take note of:

  1. A face mask must be worn at all times, even while singing.
  2. Sanitise your hands before entering the studio.
  3. 4 people should only use the lift at the same time.
  4. Do not loiter or hang around the corridor.
  5. All Musicians and visitors are encouraged to leave immediately after your session. Please do not wait for each other at the corridor. You may wait for each other at level 1.
Please remember to stay home if you are feeling unwell! Thank you and we hope to see all of you very soon! Remember, together, we can conquer anything! Now, let’s make music!
